The 2008 Rx Club Over the Counter Creative Show Deadline — Thursday June 19th, 2008 A fee of $100 per company will be assessed for entries received after the deadline date.
ELIGIBILITY The OTC Show will honor work in print, electronic media, and video that has been printed, published, or created for the first time between April 2007 and May 2008.
DEADLINE — Thursday, June 19th, 2008.
EXHIBIT LOCATION The show will take place at a New York City gallery yet to be announced. Opening night is expected to be in the last week of September 2008. Admission will be by invitation only.
AWARDS Winners of Gold, Silver, and Awards of Excellence in all media will be notified by e-mail and displayed on the opening night of the exhibition.
Enter online at www.therxclub.com RX Show will require entrants to upload materials for judging. The specifications are as follows.
All entries require one (composite) image to be uploaded with the following size and format:
Minimal of 6 inches wide at 300 dpi resolution in either png or jpg formats.
All file names must end in ".jpg" or ".png". Please make sure the color is set to CMYK, for printing purposes. We will not accept quark, pagemaker, eps or pdf files.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All information is entered directly into the OTC database. Agencies are responsible for correct information. Images of work will be used by the OTC show for identification for the OTC Annual and awards.
All changes must be recorded in our database. We cannot be responsible for missing information.
Once the entries are submitted online, print the completed forms and attach them to the hard copy entry/entries mailed for judging. Please send printed copies or dimensional samples. Originals are best for viewing, but we must have a back-up piece for hanging.
NOTIFICATION OF SHOW ACCCEPTANCE Acceptance letters will include specs for preparation of winning entries for the OTC Show. In order to receive your award(s), you must resubmit your winning entries with the additional hanging and publication fees for inclusion in the 2008 OTC Annual.
The OTC Annual Included in your hanging fee is the 2008 OTC Annual, which will be sent to the contact on the master form. There will be an additional charge for Annuals ordered for clients, colleagues, etc.* Please check our Web site for ordering information: www.therxclub.com

PAYMENT
NO entry will be judged without payment. All payments are to be made by check or money order (payable to The Rx Club), or PayPal. All foreign checks or money orders must be drawn from a US bank. For more information on wiring your payment, e-mail therxclub@aol.com. All international entries (Canada included) must add a one-time charge of $40.00 to cover additional mailing costs. When resubmitting, please include the completed master form. If your entry is accepted for the OTC Show and Annual, you will be required upon notification to pay a one-time hanging and publication fee of $160.00 per single, spread, or campaign entry.
